"Thanks to South Pointe, I have lost over 80 lbs. in less than a year. A year I was very ill, in fact they did not expect me to be alive this year. I joined the gym and with the help of the greatest staff in the world, I am almost at my goal plus my mental state is so much better. Between the staff and the other members, I have gotten my self esteem back and come out of the depression I was in. I couldn't be happier! "Hi. I just wanted to comment on the new group exercises being offered at South Pointe Fitness. First, Zumba is a great workout. The music’s poppin’ and it’s totally fun.
I also try to come in at least once a week for the Rep Reebok class. I came in last Sunday and was told that the class had been changed and was now called Stay Strong. My first thought, “Oh no!”. I tried it, and it’s fantastic. The instructor, Amy, told the class that Heather created the Stay Strong exercises. So, thank you Heather. South Pointe has improved so much since you’ve taken over. Just in the group exercise department, South Pointe offers such a variety, not only of the exercises, but the days and times as well. You seem to have everyone’s schedule in mind. You’re continuously upgrading the club. Again, thanks for everything you do."

"Congratulations on your success at South Pointe Fitness Club. You have
truly made a difference in the quality of the exercise programs by hiring very fine instructors and adding classes that are enjoyed by all.
Although, I am not familiar with all of the new instructors, BJ needs to be
commended on the extraordinary job she is performing for the gym. Her
outward personality and enthusiasm spills out to everyone in the room. Her
dance background coupled with her ease of transmitting instruction has made
the Zumba class a true success story. The short of it, she just makes the
class lots of fun for all ages and fitness levels. No wonder people can't
wait to take her class!
